Final Doctoral Defense

I wanted to share with you my final Doctoral Defense which was presented on June 10, 2020, at Pepperdine University. My research was about faculty resistance to change and adaptation to the use of digital innovative technology in the classroom.  I utilized the phenomenology approach to explore why some faculty resist innovation and others adapt readily. My Journal Article on Global Mindset 

I want to share with you my article in the Journal of Global Leadership, VI.  This article proposes an international opportunity for nursing students to increase their global leadership capabilities and learn culturally congruent care while implementing mobile technology in developing countries to decrease chronic illness maladies in public health patients.

I wanted to share with you some research I am co-authoring with Theresa Dawson and Judy Jackson! We are studying how the field of mobile technology in healthcare, known as mHealth, has the potential for enhancing the healthcare delivery systems of emerging countries.
